MVMNT, the DJ/producer from Los Angeles, CA, founded Dub Patio back in 2009. For those that are unaware of the bass heavy club in Hollywood, Dub Patio drew in some of the biggest names in bass music, most notably Babylon System, Noah D, and Skrillex, until Skrillex made it big and the rest of the crew went off to pursue their own endeavors. MVMNT has been locked in the studio working on productions for the better part of this year, and he has the release of the EP entitled Sensorium to show for it. Clearly his work in the studio is paying off, as MVMNT creates an interesting blend of bass lines and some dubstep elements. He speaks of bass, “the bass frequency is esoteric in nature, it opens up ancient partys of the mind and body, spirit even.”
